Mass Effect 2: The Arrival DLC

The final DLC to be released for Mass Effect 2 called The Arrival begins with a friend of Admiral Hackett, Dr. Amanda Kenson, going missing in Batarian space. Before going missing she reported evidence of an imminent Reaper invasion and the discovery Reaper artifact. Shepard must travel to the edge of the galaxy, rescue her from Batarian space after being accused of terrorism. Since this is a covert operation Shepard goes into this mission without a squad.

However despite being final bridge to Mass Effect 3 the DLC doesn't offer a lot of information for upcoming game, but does try and psych the player for Mass Effect 3. The actual mission is short and can be finished in less then 3 hours with a fairly equiped character. However it does come with achievements/trophies and is a solid side mission that does psych the player for Mass Effect 3. It may not be the best DLC but it isn't the worst either and offers a sizable amount of content for $7.
