Animation Update: Terrain and setting done (and another update)

Its been long time since I have focused myself back to the animation I am making. It turns out that thing got even more difficult when I realized that making some scenes requires some more skills which I definitely dont have. I am still an amateur and I am only doing this as part of learning experience and maybe for some sort of NoobFeed publicity. So this is the render of the setting I made.

 

 

I didnt make all these buildings. I got premade templates. I could make my own using AutoCAD, but when I first made one building from scratch, I realized its gonna take 2-3 years to make everything. Modeling a building requires drawing the thing in 3D perspective (X, Y, Z) and apply planer surface and texture to complete it, which is impossible to do it in short time. In this picture there are two islands. The runners have to reach the small island where a house is located with a 360 or PS3 control. The two islands will be connected by a bridge (which I have to make my own).

 

Script update: A lot of portion from the script has been changed. After some freestyle tactics, the runners will take a desired transportation to reach the island. A first runner will ask the beautiful lady to give him a lift to the island through the bridge. A car will be either a Lambourghini, or a Ferrari or just a Dodge Camaro. The car will be modelled although I can find some premade ones (I still need to brush up my modelling skills coz I suck at it, I am not an artist, just an engineer). The second runner will jump from a building to the sea and take a yacht (which is premade). This time I am introducing another runner and the character wont even run. The so called anime girl that I displayed in the last animation update will join the run. She was supposed to stay there in my last script. Let me tell you guys this that this anime girl will reach their first. How? its still a mystery.

 

So that's it for the time being. My next task is to model the remaining stuff left out.

 

Another update: I am planning to launch a soundtrack album dedicated to NoobFeed as part of my promotion for the launch of my upcoming site which will work along with NoobFeed. More details coming soon. The first music track has been uploaded in my Facebook profile page. I was trying to share this in the NoobFeed fan page but I could not. I dont know why. I didnt upload here since the sharing provider that I use (4shared) have some serious problems. I am in talks with RON to solve how I can stream it directly from NoobFeed.
