This guide shows where to find the Dam Control Tower Key, how to approach the area with minimal risk, and how to extract cleanly. You learn the safest entry path, what to check on the way up, and a smart exit that protects your loot.

Dam Control Tower Key Location

You find the Dam Control Tower Key at the top of the zipline, inside the Control Tower, right next to Research and Administration. This spot draws attention, so expect pressure from other squads moving through the hub.

Best Entry Route

Enter from the bottom. That path is usually less contested, so you avoid early fights. Move quietly through the lower level and set yourself up before you climb.

Securing The Tower

Fortify the upper area when possible. Barricade the approach or place Mines around key choke points, since the tower and the adjacent Research and Administration zone see high traffic. This gives you breathing room while you grab the Dam Control Tower Key and scan for threats.

Zipline Checkpoint Strategy

Ride the zipline only to the halfway platform first. Stop there and check whether the midpoint is breached. If it looks clear, continue to the top. Once the bottom is secured, the tower should be empty because there are only two practical ways up: the lower entrance and the zipline platform. Use that to your advantage and move fast.

Safe Exit And Extraction

After securing the key and any loot, exit through the bottom. Rotate toward a nearby extraction point from there. That route can be contested, but with your haul and the ground you control, you should be fine if you keep your tempo and cover angles.

Bonus Tip: Raider Hatch Near Red Balcony

If you plan to run this with a key, bring a Raider Hatch Key. There is a Raider Hatch close to the Red Balcony extraction point, letting you make a profitable detour before you leave the area.
