There's a hidden spot in Pirates Cove in ARK Survival Ascended that contains one of the most lucrative loot points in the game, with a level 80+ chest that consistently drops high-end Gear and Blueprints.

Whether you're an experienced survivor or new to playing, this treasure hunt is available early in the game and rewards you with high-quality loot in ARK Survival Ascended.

Finding Pirates Cove

Your destination is Pirates Cove in the newest location of Ragnarok. To find it, you will have to travel to the center of a large bay, where you will see rock formations emerging from the sea.

Look for solo rocks located in the center of the bay quadrant - these are your prominent landmarks for the treasure site in ARK Survival Ascended.

Exact Coordinates and Navigation

The Treasure Chest is located at 21.8, 33.4. Go to these coordinates and stand in front of the rock formation, where you'll have a Sunken Pirate Ship on the sea floor.

This shipwreck is your prominent landmark to find the Treasure Chest.

Finding the Hidden Treasure Chest

After you have found the Sunken Pirate Ship, you'll have to swim for a bit. Swim downwards and make your way under the shipwreck in ARK Survival Ascended.

The treasure box is next to the ship hull, surrounded by numerous boxes and wreckage that will block your path at first.

The Chest is reasonably small relative to the other Loot Crates, so you will need to look closely at the base of the shipwreck.

Look for a pile of boxes up against the base of the ship - the Hidden Treasure Chest will be included in this pile. Though regular-looking, this is an 80+ Loot Crate containing some of the best items in the game.

Diving Strategy and Preparation

You can actually do this treasure hunt in one breath, but you should do it with good navigation and precise knowledge of where the location is in ARK Survival Ascended.

If you do not know much about the place, carry Diving Gear or Animals that will help you explore underwater.

The dive is not very deep, but with added oxygen capacity, you will get more time to explore patiently.
