Here's how you can get the legendary Blood Analyzer.

Maliwan's legendary rep kit, The Blood Analyzer, dropped from The Oppressor and can be found pretty easily and early on in the game, and this guide will explain how.

The Oppressor can be found in Fadefields; to head to the area efficiently, you want to fast travel to the safe house Wyclef's Reprieve and then activate it to save time while you are farming.

Before you go hunting for the boss, you'll need to complete the story mission A Lot to Process.

To reach the area where the boss is, you'll need to cover yourself in meat and quickly scan into the pipe before it wears off. This will pull you straight into the boss's arena.

You'll notice that The Oppressor is a flying enemy, which makes this fight pretty challenging compared to the other bosses, as it can be more time-consuming when you factor in that flying enemies in this game have really weird hit boxes.

When you defeat the boss, you'll notice that the loot gets scattered everywhere, but you don't have to waste time going around the arena looking for scraps because whenever the boss does decide to drop good loot, there will be a star on the map to indicate legendary drops.

You'll want to repeat the process using the Encore Machine until you get your desired drop.

The Blood Analyzer's main style includes healing over time when you use it, along with a pretty long cool-down to not overpower the weapon.

It also possesses a legendary effect, Immunity Shot, which grants you immunity for the following seven seconds from all elemental damage (this will also apply to bullet elemental damage).

There are also possibilities of getting other random passives like Amp Shot, which will increase the damage of your next shot by 200%.

The Blood Analyzer is great to have against heavy, elemental enemies. The healing ability also restores a significant amount, making it an easy choice to make for elemental-heavy encounters.
