Date Everything! Guide | How To Romance Reggie
Here's a guide on how to romance Reggie in Date Everything
Game Guide by Ragib Rawnak on Jul 10, 2025
Reggie is one of the most unconventional characters in Date Everything!. Unlike other characters who follow traditional romance patterns, Reggie thrives on rejection and hatred, making his romance path distinctly different from standard approaches in Date Everything!
His personality is based on a reverse preference for being disliked, and gaining his approval requires first embracing failure alongside other characters.

Character Overview
Reggie is an interesting character. His character is built upon rejection, and you'll find him as you face romantic failure with other dateables. With every Hate on a different character ending, you'll be more into Reggie's universe in Date Everything!
His personality centres around three core preferences: he genuinely enjoys hatred, finds satisfaction in rejection, and maintains an overwhelming sense of self-love.
Conversely, he despises love, friendship, and essentially everyone except himself. His associated S.P.E.C.S. category is SASS in Date Everything!
The path to Reggie's romance requires a counterintuitive approach. You must deliberately get a Hate ending, then challenge him three times after requesting that he teach you his methods.
This reverse psychology approach forms the foundation of your relationship with him in Date Everything!
Initial Encounter
Your first meeting with Reggie begins automatically when you achieve your first Hate ending with any other character.
Reggie will simply appear to inform you that he has installed the Reggie App on your Mobile Phone.
From this moment forward, you'll be able to communicate with him through this Application whenever you choose.
The Reggie app becomes your primary means of interaction with him throughout the entire relationship progression.
Unlike other characters who might be encountered in various locations, Reggie maintains his presence exclusively through this App in Date Everything!

Building Friendship
After you've successfully obtained two Hate endings with other characters, Reggie will make another appearance. During this encounter, he'll offer you his friendship as what he describes as "throwing you a bone in the form of SPECS points."
This friendship offer represents Reggie's way of acknowledging your growing collection of romantic failures.
Romance Development
Reggie is one of those rare characters whose friendship could potentially develop into a romantic relationship. However, in keeping with his opposing nature, seducing Reggie is done by consistently annoying him.
This approach directly contradicts traditional romance mechanics but perfectly suits his personality. The romance process spans exactly three days and requires you to access his phone app daily in Date Everything!
You'll need to ask him the specific question: "Can you teach me your ways, senpai?" Each day, Reggie will present you with various statements, and you must respond with surprisingly kind and friendly answers that will ultimately frustrate him.
Day One Interactions
On the first day, Reggie will present three scenarios that require specific responses.
When he says, "Hello there! I'm a nice, friendly dateable!" you should respond with "Hello!" This cheerful greeting will begin to establish the pattern of kindness that irritates him.
His second statement will be, "Oh boy, I'm super artistic coded! I love music and drawing and all that bulls**t." Your response should be "I love music and drawing too!"
This enthusiastic agreement about creative pursuits will further contribute to his growing annoyance.
The final interaction of the day occurs when he says, "Would you pretty please help me on a quest to find my lost button or some s**t."
You should respond with "You got it, I'll do my best." This helpful and supportive response completes the first day's irritation sequence in Date Everything!

Day Two Interactions
The second day continues the pattern of responding positively to Reggie's increasingly provocative statements. When he simply says "barf," you should respond with "I love you, too."
This is an entirely inappropriate but loving response that will maximise his frustration.
Reggie will then introduce himself by saying, "My name is Quentin." You should respond with "Hi there Quentin! My name is [NAME]," inserting your actual character name.
This polite introduction maintains the friendly tone that he finds so aggravating.
The day concludes when he asks, "Can you rhyme for me?" Your response should be "I've got a hat right here - how do you like that, dear?" This playful and accommodating response to his request will complete the second day's sequence of irritation.
Day Three Interactions
The final day intensifies the pattern with even more challenging scenarios. Reggie will say, "Please don't make fun of my huge hands!"
You should respond with "Oh, sorry, I think your hands are lovely." This compliment about a potential insecurity will push his frustration to new levels.
Next, he'll mention, "Ohh oh! I have a cute little mascot named Bluffy." Your response should be to "Pet Bluffy."
This action shows care and attention to something he values, which contradicts his expectation of rejection.
The climactic moment arrives when Reggie simply says "Love!" You should respond with "Love love love love love!" This overwhelming expression of affection represents the peak of everything he claims to hate.
Final Resolution
After completing the three-day sequence of irritating kindness, Reggie will declare, "I LOVE YOU!!!" despite your attempts to annoy him.
This confession triggers the final choice sequence that determines your relationship outcome in Date Everything!
You'll be presented with two options. The first stanza, "See? All according to plan - LOVE", which will likely result in a Love ending.
The second option reads "I really don't enjoy you, dude. There's no grand plan", which will probably result in a Hate ending.
If you choose the Love option, you'll face one additional decision. Reggie will say "Cuz either way I love this sh*t" and present you with two final choices.

"Hate me" will probably result in a Hate ending, while "'Hate' me" will result in a Love ending. The subtle difference in punctuation marks the distinction between these crucial final choices.
