E3: Microsoft: Part 1

Well, here it is, the 50th blog. I promised it yesterday, and it kinda slipped, I am sorry. I will be discussing Microsoft as of yet. I really do not feel like writing at the moment as I am very caught up with school and should be doing a summative, BUT. Noobfeed is important, and I do not want to let the community down,even though this probably will.

 

Well lets get to it shall we. The Microsoft keynote opened with a bang with The Beatles Rockband. They showed a good chunk of cinematic content with ten of the songs that will be in the game.Here is the trailer.

 

 

some of the songs are showcased in there. Also Microsoft had the Harmonix in house band come and play, but that is really not worth watching. Next that had 2 women come out and hug, and walk back in. Now the next people they had come out made a great appearance. Paul and Ray of the beatles. Great. I am not a beatles fan so it meant nothing to me, but I am sure to some it meant a lot.

 

Next they had Tony Hawk come out and talk about the new Tony Hawk game Tony Hawk: Ride. This game features the wireless skateboard previously rumored. Not much more besides that for Tony Hawk but heres a video of the thing.

 

 

Next up to bat was Modern Warfare 2. Infinity Ward had Jason West come out and play the game. The mission was.. aww screw it you probably just want to see it. Well here you go.

 

Infinity Ward also announced that Modern Warfare 2 would come out with 2 map packs. The map packs would be availible for the 360 before any other platform.

 

Next up was Final Fantasy. This was just talking about the game and a demo. Here you go.

 

 

After the fantasy was final Cliffy B was up on the stage to talk to about the new 360/Epic arcade title. The title is called Shadow Complex. It is a metroid esque game. Hard to really describe, so here you go.

 

 

Joy Ride was the next showing. It is a new 360 Arcade game using your Xbox Live Avatar. It is a new social eperience/kart racer. Oh and it is free. It is coming this winter.

 

 

There was Crackdown 2 next. and the trailer did not show alot. Just well, that Crackdown 2 exists.

 

 

Valve had a trailer for Left 4 Dead 2 next. That game looks ight.
