Hello and welcome to yet another monthly edition of gaming gadget digest. Its not an April Fool article, I had to make this blog today since it is the start of the month. So don’t expect any gadget that does not exist in the market. So let’s see what this month has to offer.
1. iPhone 4G Steering Wheel with Speakers
Source: FocalPrice.com
Since iPhone has got into serious gaming business with its game library boasting good wide range of titles, so companies did not hesitate to bring out gaming accessories for its platform. Here is one of them. It’s just a simple steering wheel with speakers attached. It should handle just like the one found in Wii. Just hook up your iPhone 4 and you are well set to play. At $22.20 dollars apiece at Focalprice.com, I still don’t know whether the price is justified as iPhones are basically meant to be played in subways.
2. Targus HD3 Gaming Chill Mat for up to 18 Inch Laptops AWE57US
Source: Amazon.com
If you are an owner of gaming laptops which heats up very quickly during gaming session, then you need a very good cooling mat, since you definitely don’t want to touch the heated section. Targus brings you a very good quality, aluminum alloy made cooling mat, which features HydroDynamic triple fan system. It also got precise dial for cooling optimization. Maximum fan speed is 3300 RPM. You can get it from Amazon for as low as $45.
3. Pedisedate

I don’t know whether this is appropriate but I thought its worth to mention. This is a medical device designed solely for kids for anesthetic purposes. This headset can be connected to any portable game console. According to the site, “Once the child places it on his or her head and swings the snorkel down from its resting place atop the head, PediSedate transparently monitors respiratory function and distributes nitrous oxide, an anesthetic gas. The child comfortably becomes sedated while playing with a Nintendo Game Boy system or listening to music. This dramatically improves the hospital or dental experience for the child, parents and healthcare providers.”Pretty nifty intelligent device I would say.
