This guide will walk you through the process of hacking the Transmitters in Grounded 2.

Two Transmitters need to be accessed, and both require careful navigation through different areas of the map in Grounded 2.

Grounded 2 Guide, How to Hack The Transmitters

Transmitter #1 Ceremony region

The first Transmitter is inside a cabinet structure in the Ceremony region.

Due to space restrictions in the upper sections, you will have to leave the Buggy before arriving at your destination, even though you can use it for a portion of the trip.

Head up the nearby bottle structure to start your climb. To get higher, leap from the Bottle onto the adjacent platform.

Navigate across to the Pencil structure, then work your way back into the main climbing area. Continue upward until you reach a section that requires crouching to pass through.

Ascend to the following structure and leap to the platform next to it. Carefully make your way through the opening in the structure in Grounded 2.

The Nail section can be especially tricky, so proceed with caution. Choose whether to go straight ahead or gather any side items as you head upward and jump up the next section.

Proceed to traverse the different platforms until you arrive at the glass structure. Proceed to the Microphone area by crossing each platform in turn.

Jump onto the Microphone, then onto the following structure, crouching to enter the final area.

Be prepared to encounter Butterflies in this section, which can be deadly even on mild difficulty settings.

By strategically placing yourself, you can try to avoid combat, but this may take some time.

Find the Transmission Device in the corner and press the designated button to hack it after you've defeated or evaded the Butterflies.

Transmitter #2 Pine Hill Border and Picnic Table

Along the edge of the map, the second Transmitter is situated between the Pine Hill and Picnic Table areas.

Look for a circular structure on your map, then head south to find the wall that marks the map boundary in Grounded 2.

Locate the two Mushrooms near this wall and enter through the gap between them.

Once inside, move toward the back area and turn right to access the Log structure.

You can ascend this log, and if you'd like, you can equip yourself with a torch before you jump on it to help light your way.

Remember that torches are not very durable and will eventually break.

Keep an eye out for a Caterpillar enemy as you advance up. Turn left as soon as you see it to proceed to the next platform.

Keep going up until you come across a butterfly obstructing your way. Make sure you have enough energy before trying to outrun this adversary.

Follow the Vine or Branch structure, continuing upward and then turning left. Move straight across this section, where you'll encounter another Caterpillar.

This area serves as a good farming location for Caterpillar materials if needed in Grounded 2.

Turn right at the next junction and proceed through the passage, ignoring the enemy you encounter.

Climb up to the higher platform where you'll find two enemies and the beacon. You can attempt to manipulate the enemies into fighting each other by waiting for them to group, then trying to get one to attack the Ant while you hack the device.

If the enemy manipulation strategy fails due to interference from other creatures like Spiders, you may need to deal with them directly.

Range attacks from enemies won't interrupt the hacking process, so you can potentially complete the hack even while under fire. Once successful, you'll have completed the second Transmitter.

Important Notes

These two Transmitters represent all the remaining Transmitters in the game.

Once you have successfully compromised both devices, you can proceed to the main quest progression in Grounded 2.

The Ceremony Transmitter requires careful platforming and enemy avoidance, whereas the Picnic Table and Pine Hill border Transmitter calls for more direct combat encounters.

Ensure you have adequate supplies and a well-thought-out strategy before attempting either location in Grounded 2.
