HELP ME!

Ok i thik this is a virus because this is retarded. It is this application called security tool. it came up andomly when i was looking around on the internet. It wont let my desktop icons run and it tries to restrict everything and saying hat everything has a worm. I would love to delete these files but all i can possibly find are the short cuts and if anyone could help. please do
