This guide will show you directions for locating every Ghost in the chapter. Each Ghost appears in a specific sequence tied to key moments and objectives. Following the steps below will ensure you encounter all six Ghosts and unlock the related achievements once they have all been discovered.

Ghost #1

At the beginning of the chapter, Low and Alone will appear on the beach. You will notice a hole in the side of a building, which serves as the primary path forward. However, before entering it, move toward the camera and continue to the far left.

You will come across a large staircase with a small space to its right. Shine your flashlight into that area to reveal the first Ghost, seen drawing a face in the sand in Little Nightmares III.

Ghost #2

After eliminating the first Plant, you will arrive at a section where a large gap needs to be crossed. Here, Low must shoot another Plant so Alone can move across to the opposite side using a pipe located on the right.

Make sure Low waits to shoot until the Plant opens, which only happens once Alone starts crossing the gap. After reaching the other side, proceed to the back right corner of the area to find the second Ghost, which will be drawing a sun on the wall in Little Nightmares III.

Ghost #3

Once you pass the Doctor, you’ll enter a hallway containing a Gong. Alone must use a Wrench to strike the Gong, causing a large leg to move away and clear the path. Move through the opening it creates and enter the hole in the wall.

Inside, there will be a room filled with luggage. In this space, you’ll find another Ghost sitting on a table beside the luggage, lightly kicking its feet in Little Nightmares III.

Ghost #4

After escaping the hand sequence, you will reach a room with a large staircase. Before going up the stairs, head to the left corner of the room where a Hat Rack stands. Near it, you will find another Ghost positioned close to the Hat Rack.

Ghost #5

Once you have collected the Doll, Low will need to pull the lever located in the hallway. While Low holds the lever, Alone must proceed through the door that opens as a result. Inside this room, Alone should climb the shelf and break the wall at the top to allow Low to pass through.

Before leaving the room, check the back right corner where a bench is located. A Ghost can be seen sitting there, marking the fifth one in the chapter in Little Nightmares III.

Ghost #6

After obtaining the final Doll and the Key, return outside and cross the wooden plank. You’ll come across a locked door, which can be unlocked using the Key. Inside, there will be a bed, and on the floor beside it lies the last Ghost. Once it disappears, the Institutionalized achievement will unlock, confirming all Ghosts have been found in Little Nightmares III.
