MAG Beta First Impressions

For those of you who do not know I got into the MAG beta yesterday thanks to winning a beta key from a contest on Twitter. So I wanted to give you all my first impressions on what I have thought of the game so far.

I wanted to, however I cant. Because I havent yet been able to play the game. I downloaded the beta, installed it, updated it, and now have been trying to connect to servers all day. And I have had no success. A game that will be nothing without good servers is having server problems. Yeah.

So at this moment it has been 2% of the way in recieving updates on servers. Its been like that for half an hour. Every time it gets up to about 18% my whole internet crashes. I have to go reset routers and restart computers and call the internet provider and all this mess. Yes its a pain. I have myself wanting a different game more and more all because of how much it hurts to be so close to my most anticipated game and be so far away.

So if you are lucky enough to get in the beta dont get your hopes up. You will need to wait until they get the servers fixed before anything happens. For me I guess I will call it a night and cut off the Playstation that is probably ready to explode because its been on so long trying to get server updates and all that nonsense.
