The Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection gives you seven versions of the trilogy right away, which can make the first few hours feel longer than they are. A simple start is the best. Choose a lane, learn the battle rhythm, and use the collection tools right away instead of saving them for later.

Choose one version and stick with it for a while

If you want to learn Mega Man Star Force quickly, think of the first few hours as a fresh start. Don't switch between versions just because the menu makes it easy. Start with one game and stay there long enough to learn how to explore, fight randomly, and how the cards flow and how each fight starts. That keeps the collection from looking like a bunch of different things.

Before you go after big damage, learn the battle rhythm

Timing is key to fighting in Star Force. You move left and right on your row, choose Battle Cards, use your Mega Buster, and raise a shield at the right time. Don't rush through early fights.
