MOUSE: P.I. For Hire Guide | All Swamp Oddity Collectibles

You need to keep your eyes open while moving through the Swamp Oddity mission. There are many items hidden in the dark and in the rooms you visit. Use this guide to make sure you find every single one.

Navigating the Swamp

Once you reach the wooden platforms in the swamp, look for a shack. Go inside and you will see a Newspaper pinned to the wall. Keep moving until you lower the bridge. 

Do not cross it right away. Instead, jump onto the cages on your left. From there, jump over to the small wooden room. You will find a Schematic laying on the floor in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.

Inside the House

Go talk to the Old Shrew. After you finish, walk into the next room and find the door to the Music Room. There is a Comic sitting right on the Piano. Stay in this room for a moment. You need to play the Piano by hitting the keys A, C, E, and G in that order. 

Jack will say something about a different game if you get it right. Walk back to where you met the Old Shrew. A dresser is now open. Go inside to find a Baseball Card on the wall and a Schematic inside the safe.

The Office and the Dark Room

Go back to the Main Hall and enter the Office. Look for a hole in the wall on the left side. Go through it and jump over the desk to grab a Newspaper. Later, you will enter a Dark Room. Look at the desk inside to find the Bandel’s Snuffbox Clue.

Finishing the Mission

After you leave the building through a vent, do not run off. Walk behind the building. You will find a Schematic pinned to the back wall. Finally, head back to the P.I. Office. 

Pin your clues to the board. Once that is done, go outside and talk to the Paperboy. You can buy the last Newspaper from him right near your office in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.
