New level and Emblem :D

I've reached level 10 Guitar Hero today. Finally double digits :D And, I also have the voter emblem now. YAY :D

 

I'm also trying to unlock the publicist emblem. Do anyone know its true requirements? Judging the name of the emblem, I'm guessing that it requires x number of visits to my profile by others.
