NoobSpot: canana, part II

Previously...

 

Former job: Military since August 21, 1995 to May 30, 2008.

 

That picture in the OT board explains a lot of things. I can't never forget the good and some bad moments during my time there. But life goes on...I've meet some interesting people there and I have done things that I haven't done before. I have been in Kosovo, Bosnia, East Timor, Turkey, Iraq and Afghanistan. In each of these countries I have a story to tell, and the best part is when I return to my country. Some of those were more dangerous than others, like breath taking moments and a walk in the park, but all of them tells me that I've accomplished my duty as best as possible.

 

Current Job: Music/piano Teacher

 

I always have been a music fan and besides that my Father was an amateur musician. Probably that explains why I've chosen Piano has my principal instrument. He taught me the first steps, and then I've decided to finish the work that my Father started by studying in a professional school. With success...
When I left the Army I had another dream come true. The first times were very strange, but at the same time very rewarding.

 

Most memorable moments:

 

• Listening the National Anthem in every Military ceremony and always dropping a tear...
• Wearing a Blue Beret in East Timor for the first time
• Walking in my home town with my Red Beret (Commandos)
• Watching a soccer player dying live (Miklos Feher)
• Ayrton Senna's death in the F1 San Marino GP in the 90's
• Losing the Euro 2004 against Greece ( ILIAS...)
• Having a terrible bike accident in the 90's, I almost died.

 

Most hated public personality: Cristiano Ronaldo. Why? Because of his personality, he thinks that he's the best(he is) but he needs to lose that attitude of ' I am better than you'. Compared to Figo he's nothing.

 

Favorite Hobby: Photoshop. I must not be the best sig/banner/avatar designer, but I like to transform simply pictures and making them looking different.

 

First car: Fiat UNO 45

 

Current car: Mercedes 190 D

 

Likes: Honest people. If you are trying to fool me, you are doing wrong because you are fooling yourself...

 

Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German. The other languages that I can speak are a few bad words that I've learn in the countries that I've been in the Army. Nothing to share here. :P

 

Favorite Drink: Beer......

 

Fears: Flying. I just can't stand getting on a plane. Althought I have performed multiple parachute jumps.Interesting...

 

Describe myself as a person: Not really, it's up to the others to find my qualities. Extremely shy. I am very friendly, if you need help I'll help you, however, if you don't seem to like me(nobody's perfect), you got yourself a war. However, I always look for the best way possible to solve the issue. I like to play sometimes with my friends and co-workers, but I have this thing called responsability, there are times to play and there are others to work.

 

That's it. You got some info about me, I probably won't make anymore blogs like these ones because I think you know a lot about me. But if I find something that I can share, I'll post it here.
