AS I have said here's the fourth one... Never really finished any but here's what I have for now....

........................o...............................o.................................o........................................o.................................o............................

Life is full of the question “what if?” It once occurred to a guy that if ever the day that everything in his life would just suddenly and unexpectedly collapse. “What if my life falls apart today, I wonder” said he. “If that ever happens, I guess, I could just play Russian Roulette ‘til I lose.” Trying something I would never dream of doing before. End it all with a bang. This man was Nicolas de la Peña Vaughn Margariti.

The date today is January 25, 2011. 5: 30 A.M., Nicolas is awakened by the sound the alarm clock on the table with a single locked drawer at the left side of the bed. Nicolas then got up from bed and left his wife who was still asleep and made breakfast. He beat and made two scrambled eggs. He made two cups of coffee, one with cream and sugar and the other just sugar. As he made coffee, four strips of bacon were sizzling in the kitchen. He then got two plates and two pairs of a knife and a fork. He then got a tray. 5:45, Nicolas carries the breakfast he had made and brought it up to his wife who was still asleep. 5:50, Nicolas stands outside of their room thinking how to greet his wife a merry anniversary. He thought “I’ll just say happy anniversary and show her the breakfast I made and then we can eat together. Yeah! That’s it.” He slowly opened the door, hoping not to wake his wife and their two kids in the next room. Then he quietly crept up to their bed and whispered to his wife “Good morning”. With this greeting, Sarah, Nicolas’ wife woke up and uttered “good morning to you too.” As she slowly opened her eyes, she saw the loving image of her husband’s face. He was carrying a tray full of food. “Happy anniversary, Let’s eat!” greeted Nicolas. “Aww… Breakfast in bed, how sweet of you, happy anniversary” replied Sarah. 6:10 the two just finished having breakfast together. They then brushed their teeth together. “I’ll go wash the plates while you prepare to go to work” said Sarah strictly. “Yes, ma…” said Nicolas jokingly. They then both laughed heartily as Nicolas went to take a bath and Sarah went down to wash the plates and utensils. 6:30, Nicolas leaves for work, “Well, I’m off” he muttered while saying goodbye to his wife “Say goodbye to kids the kids for me and I’ll see you at lunch.” Then he went off to work in his white Ford Mustang as Sarah went to prepare the kids for school.  In the garage was the family Black Toyota.

The time is now 6:45. Nicolas arrives at the Ameno-Sagiri Bank for his job was a bank accountant. His job requires a great deal of knowledge and this he has. Nicolas punches in the time card to show the time he had logged in.

The time is 12:01 PM. Nicolas’ lunch break has just begun. Before leaving the bank he punches out the time card to show the time he had logged out. He did this with a smile, a smile at the thought that hey would spend forty-five minutes of his lunch time with his kids and his most beloved Sarah. He called his wife and asked “Where we gonna eat today?” “Anywhere’s fine with me, as long as we spend it together” said Sarah. A smile came over Nicolas’ face. “Let us dine at Prima’ Calderone, I’ll see you in a few” said Nicolas still with a smile of glee on his face.

The Prima’ Calderone was just a block north of the Ameno-Sagiri Bank. His home was just three blocks south of the bank. It takes fifteen minutes for Nicolas’ to get to work by car. To get to the Prima’ Calderone, it would take his family twenty minutes.

The time is now 12:06. Nicolas enters the restaurant and finds an unoccupied table with four chairs. He then orders two steaks with mushroom sauce and truffle toppings and two beef stew, one with bell pepper and the other one with red pepper. He and his wife shared the same favorite dish, steak with mushroom sauce and truffle toppings. His son, Jeremiah, favored beef stew with bell peppers more. As was beef stew with red peppers was that of his daughter, Olivia.

“You order will be ready in a few minutes, sir” said the waitress. Nicolas just nodded.

Nicolas’ family leaves the house at exactly 11 : 59 AM. They are on their way to the Prima’ Calderone. 12 : 11, Sarah and the kids are just a block and a half away from the Prima’ Calderone. 12 : 15, They are seven minutes away from Nicolas. To get to Nicolas, they had to get through one feeble intersection in the road, a road which they would cross in another vehicle, a van-like vehicle with sirens and red markings on its sides.

They were cruising at about 20 mph. They sign was green and they went through, unprepared for what was to happen.  As they were about to reach the other side, A loud screech could be heard for hundreds of meters. Following the spine chilling screech, another array of sounds sound was heard, the twisting of metal, the shattering of glass, the breaking of bone, the ripping of sinew and the hair raising screams of plea and terror. All could be seen and heard from the Ameno-Sagiri bank.

The time was 12: 16; Nicolas does feel all too well.  He could feel the hairs of his body standing, from head to foot, and a chill went down the spine. “What is this feeling, is something wrong?” he asked himself within his thoughts. He was getting deeper and deeper into his thoughts.

“Your order is ready, sir. Is there anything else you would like.” said the waitress, snapping him back to reality. “No…no…that is all, thank you” he then said in reply. “That would be $ 180, is that ok with you” asked the waitress politely. “Yes…Yes…It is fine” he said as he gave the waitress two one hundred dollar bills, and then said “Keep the change as a tip”.  He then heard sirens and asked the waitress who was passing, “Did something happen?” “There was a traffic accident near the Ameno-Sagiri bank, a high speed collision” “They say that a Black Toyota was cruising between 15 – 20 mph, heading this direction was hit at the right side by a Ferrari going at 89 mph which was allegedly in an illegal street race. The driver of the Ferrari was found dead on the spot, with a severed vertebrata and a crushed skull, and the woman and two children on the Black Toyota are in critical condition” Nicolas’ eyes were wide open like he had just seen a ghost. The waitress left him after answering his question. Thoughts of his beautiful wife Sarah, his beloved son Jeremiah and his little princess Olivia filled his mind. He walked out of the Prima’ Calderone without even touching his food. “Sir, are you leaving? You barely touched your food. Is the food not to your liking?.” asked a guard as he saw Nicolas exit trough the revolving glass doors. Nicolas just shrugged his questions off and exited without further adieu. From afar he could see scraps of metal, two large black unclear objects and the totally destroyed Ferrari. He ran towards it, to take a closer look. He then saw a far more terrifying scene. The Black Toyota was split in half by the force of the impact. There blood splattered around the two parts of the toyota “At least there’s no fire, no explosions.” He said to himself as he tried to think of the positives, and these were it, no fire and no explosions. He fell to his knees, and just cried. For years he has not cried, not once, for he was too happy with his beloved family. Now the smiling man was in tears. Tears were flowing down from both his eyes and his saliva was dripping from his mouth as he shouted in anger at the heavens”Why?! Why?! God! Why them.” He then continued on crying.

The times is 12:25, Nicolas’ can no longer cry for he was out of tears. He then stood up and headed towards the bank. He asked the guard “Tell the boss, I can’t work today.” “I understand” said the guard. “No you don’t” replied Nicolas as he walked away.
