The Alters Guide | How to Finish the Green Refuge Optional Quest

You can get the Green Refuge extra quest by talking to the Giant Technician in specific ways. He will remember being with his mother on a park bench, which will start the quest. The main goal is to find a marked spot close to your base and loot a special chest there.

The place where the Green Refuge quest ends is not too far from your base. To get there, take the marked path up and climb as much as you need to. The path goes through an Energy Gate, a significant obstacle that takes away all protection when it's passed.
