*UPDATED* Busy.. ?

Hi there people, this is basically just a quick blog to say that I've been rather busy lately, which is the reason to my lack of blog writing. As usual though, a quick blog for me always turns out in a bigger quick blog than expected lol. So instead of just saying "To hell with blogs these days!", I'll say why and say what I've been doing. A massive blog once again, unfortunately!
Lately at work it's been rather unstable, constantly changing from day, evening and night shifts and that alone puts me out of most writing I'd usually do. Thing is I'm supposed to be working on the night shift, technically speaking, but it hardly even happens. I don't mind the night shift, in fact, I love it, but keep it stable >.< changing every day or two makes this very tough for anyone's system. It doesn't help that we've lost two members in our team (fired), and after working with the same people, in the same team, for around 1 year and a half, it's pretty hard to see two of them leave at the same time and it changes the whole aspect of team working.
With all of this, when I get home, depending on which shift we get the next day, I either go to bed soon after or take the little time I have to continue playing F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin and Bayonetta. I've finished the latter, but I still have yet to collect everything and I want to do a playthrough on Hard and whichever difficulty that comes after, which I think is called Climax or something. I definitely plan on collecting all 1000 Gamer Points in Bayonetta, but lately I've been stuck on one of the Alheim portals and sucked into F.E.A.R. 2.
Alfheim Portals: These are what you could consider the secret areas of Devil May Cry but in Bayonetta style. You are given a goal with a time limit, such as defeating every enemies with their own weapons, executing a specific number of Torture Attacks or staying in the air for a set period of time and more. They gradually get harder, of course, and there are 21 Alfheim Portals I think. The one I hate the most is having to execute a number of Torture Attacks because you then also need to build up your magic metter which requires perfect dodges and executing combos, yet without killing too many enemies otherwise you won't have enough of them remaining to execute these Torture Attacks. It's one of these I'm currently stuck on.
Another thing I do is watch Blood+ as I recently purchased both box sets containing a total of 50 episodes, a t-shirt and a beanie hat from Amazon. I currently am wearing my Blood+ t-shirt as I speak and I feel.. bloody, to say the least. I even dropped wearing my Killzone 2 beanie so I could wear Blood+'s one. Anyway, Blood+ is about a girl named Saya, who in short, is the only person able to kill the Chiropterans, some blood thirsty monsters that feed on humans. Saya has, unfortunately, lost every memory of her past in which she went out of control and created mass murderer in the Vietnam war, whether it was Chiropterans or humans, and she was later adopted by a guy. She must now regain her memory, or "awaken" as they say, to annihilate the Chiropterans once again as they rise once more, but this time she is aware of what she is doing and of course, people who know her past are worried she goes out of control once more. Oh, did I mention that her blood is what can kill them? She picks up her blade, cuts her thumb or hand (usually the thumb so far), her blood runs down some vessels carved into the blade which she then uses to slice through the Chiropterans, turning them to what seems like stone. The series don't turn around violence as much as it sounds so far though, as you get a lot of story to go with it, so while it is extremely violent and bloody when it happens, it is all about that either, which makes for a good balance.
That's pretty much it I guess.. Oh and this weekend counts my 24th birthday. I was amazed at how many people left me a note on my FaceBook wall already since I woke up at 7am this morning. What do I plan to do on my birthday which is today? Nothing really, maybe I'll even try to sneak out and play some F.E.A.R. 2 lol. It's also my mom's birthday because, yes, I was born on her birthday. I haven't bought her a present though.. but at around 10am I'm off to the mall for that exact reason. I'll probably get a box of diabetic chocolates or something because first; she has diabetes and second; I don't feel like actually searching for something lol.
Now it truly is it. I don't have much of anything else to say. Dante's Inferno shipped on Thursday and I expect it either Monday or Tuesday and next week also is Bioshock 2, which I'll also buy but probably on Thursday, both games on PS3. This means I'll finally go back to being on my PS3 more often, since lately I haven't touched it much.
See all of you in a later blog and have a nice weekend! My wishes goes to Canana.
*UPDATE*
Quick update to show you people what my sister and her boyfriend got me! Oh and fear not, as you will see me in the picture.. strange, never thought I'd show myself on one of my blogs, but it's for size purpose:
That's all the update contains. I also got a nice little book filled with scary stories which basicaly seems to show the horrors created by us, humans. My chair is my birthday present from my parents, which was given to me about 2 weeks ago, but I just really had to update the blog with this gigantic stuffed Megaman lol.
Oh and Farzana, I'm wearing the Blood+ t-shirt in that pic as well, but Megaman wanted all the attention ;p
