Week 4 Updates

4-0 Vs. 2-1

Final Score: 35-13 OSU

Coach:
To sum it up I'm happy with our performance but it needs work. We made way too many turnovers, and didn't run particularly well. The defense was solid and held an explosive offense to just 13 points.

Notes:

-Terrelle Pryor is #4 in Heisman standings
-Thaddeus Gibson needs only 13 sacks to break the all-time NCAA record (he has 12 right now)
-Our next game is against Indiana
-That CB is very close to committing, and a top FS is also very close, along with some others.
-We are 4 and 0. dancing

Bama Brings Home the Bacon!

#10 Alabama made short work of the #25 ranked Razorbacks, crushing them 38-3 in Tuscaloosa. Arkansas' QB Mallett had a particully bad day and effectively lead his team to the slaughter house. On a surprise note, both backups (QB back-up Star Jackson and HB Grant) not only saw significant playing time, but came very close to outpreforming Bama's starters McElroy and Ingram. This contest's game stats don't reflect the final score, but a win's a win.

Game Notes

I was very impressed with my back-ups in this one, might have to let them see the field a little more.

Starting QB McElroy - 7-17, 142 yards, 1 TD, 3 INTS
Backup QB Jackson - 4-6, 66 yards, 1 TD

Starting HB Ingram - 19 carries, 87 yards, 2 TDS
Backup HB Grant - 8 carries, 69 yards, 1 TD
