What Ive been up to

I am still off Uni and don't enroll until next week. I should have used this time to start my dissertation/project but haven't. I just can't find the motivation. I've lost all the love for computing. Some of my grades last year were poor to say the least. I need to get back in to or I'll be lucky to finish with a 2:2. If I don't I'm boned. I had to sit some exams in August that I missed in January. I didn't do too bad in them. I passed them all but with more revision could have done a lot better. I have a feeling I will be re-sitting Databases next year. I'm looking forward to finishing and hopefully getting a job.



Other than that I have been working hard in the pub, as usual. Although it doesn't matter how many hours I do I am always skint. I cant wait for my student loan so I can pay off some debts. I have quit smoking (again) and joined the gym (again). I'm doing well and have lost about half a stone but I need to sort my diet out and stop drinking so much beer. I have been about 2 weeks now without smoking. Im finding it easier than last time I tried. Hopefully I will stop for good this time.



Me and a few friends (14 to be exact) have booked a holiday to Cancun for next June. Hopefully I will have finished Uni by then so a good 2 weeks away will be what I need. We're staying in the Riu hotel, which looks fantastic. It's all inclusive so free food and Corona all day . Apparently each room has a mini bar which is topped up every day, which is included in the price. I won't even have to leave the room.




I'm still playing on my PS3. I knew as soon as I bought one there would be a slim announced. Oh well, I like the one I have and paid pretty my the same price for it. I have just completed MGS4. It was a good game but a bit too much story telling. I have always been a fan of the Metal Gear series but it seems to be 15 minutes of video/story for every 5 minutes of gameplay. Still, it was a great game. I am up to chapter 10 of Dead Space. DS has really surprised me. I only bought it because it was cheap (£10) and for something to do but I am loving it. I'll probably play through it again on the hardest difficulty when I am finished. I had a go of the FIFA 10 demo before. I think I'll probably buy it when it is out. I need a good football game. I have the last PES but that game makes me so angry I want to scream at Frank Lampard for being **** As soon as I get FIFA I'll be using PES as a coaster for my mugs.


Here is a question for anyone interested - Which actor has been killed by a Terminator, Predator and Alien? My mate has just text me it so I thought I'd ask you. I know the answer. Try not to google it.
