Minecraft's Steve Joins Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Today Nintendo confirmed the latest fighter to join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and it's Steve from Minecraft.

Along with Steve, Alex, Zombie, and Enderman will join in as well. And yes a new stage based on Minecraft will be added to the game. This marks the second Microsoft IP to join Nintendo's popular title, with the other being Banjo and Kazooie from Banjo Kazooie.

Sakurai provided a short summary of the character but conveyed that more information will come this October 3rd at Minecraft Live. Where he will give a full description of Steve's moves and abilities.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available for Switch.
