Death Stranding Director's Cut Coming Soon

Death Stranding was Hideo Kojima's latest title and it received a mixed reception among fans and critics. However, it seems there's another version, with the director's cut coming to PS5.

The trailer showcases protagonist Sam Porter Bridges exploring a stock room, taking a box, dumping oranges, and trying to climb inside like Snake from Metal Gear. The trailer ends with no gameplay or release date. But Geoff Keighley stated it'll release weeks from now.

It's unclear what this version will include. We can expect better performance and visual updates but in terms of a director's cut fans might expect new or cut content. Perhaps Sam can use a box to sneak around enemies.

Death Stranding is now available for PS4.
