Founder Bill Gates will take on the role as Founder and Technology Advisor for the Board of Directors. John Tompson will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Back in August 2013 former CEO Steve Ballmer announced that he would retire before stating that Julie Larson-Green would take on the role of Devices and Studios Engineering Group. Her division includes the Xbox brand.
