Creative Director at NetherRealm Studios and creator of Mortal Kombat, Ed Boon, is asking Twitter users what characters they would like to see in Injustice 2. In doing so Boon confirmed a new character, Red Hood.
The developer's latest poll are asking fans to vote whether they want to see Joker or Jason Todd reprise the role of Red Hood in Injustice 2. For those who are unfamiliar with the Red Hood The Joker took on the persona of the Red Hood before he became the Joker. Jason Todd would take on the persona in his adult years.
The strange thing is Boon asked "Which Red Hood do you think should be in Injustice 2?" instead of 'if'. This is leading many to speculate that Red Hood is confirmed but the persona isn't set. As of writing this Jason Todd leads the polling by 76%. Personally I would like to see both, even as alternate costumes.
Injustice 2 is set to release in 2017 for Xbox One, PS4, Android, and iOS.
