Kojima Aiming for a New Type of Action with Death Stranding

Creator of Metal Gear and Zone of the Enders, Hideo Kojima, didn't talk much about his new game Death Stranding at the TGS but did share what gamers can expect.

According to Kojima the game will be an open-world experience with a lot of freedom, but story elements you can expect from Kojima games; that means long and complicated. Death Stranding will also include online elements but Kojima didn't elaborate on what.

Kojima explained that most games have players facing off against aggressors. These aggressors being computer, which was which was followed by players battling online, then player together in cooperative action against the computer.

Death Stranding will have combat and action elements but Kojima highlight that he's "aiming for a new type of action". 

"With Death Stranding, I'd like to offer the next step, the future of gaming."

The game is still a while off, with Kojima stating that the game is into "full-blown development". So don't expect anything anytime soon.

Death Stranding will release on the PS4 and PC.
