Having launched a bit over a month ago, society survival game Frostpunk was quite well received by both critics and fans, developer 11 bit studios promising more content was on the way. Today, a development roadmap was made public, detailing what's to come to the game. June will bring with it the Survivor mode, meant to challenge those who've braved the icy wasteland's challenges on the highest difficulties. Afterwards, people and automatons will receive basic customization options, followed by a new scenario called The Builders which comes with its own story and challenge.
Endurance mode will be the studio's own take on an endless mode, a feature very requested by Frostpunk fans, with special screenshot tools being the last item on the list. All these updates are planned to release this year and will be free. More Frostpunk content is said to come going into 2019. Players should also expect smaller updates focusing on bugfixes and stability tweaks in between these big ones.
