The image shows Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig who were the starters for the fourth generation. Many speculate that this is confirmation that the 4th generation of Pokemon will be added to the game soon but no official announcement has been made by Niantic Labs. Perhaps it'll be made at the Pokemon Go Fest.
Pokémon GO is now available for iOS and Android devices.
