Indie developer Bedtime Digital Games has announced Figment: Creed Valley, a stand-alone "encore" for their action-adventure title Figment. Slated to launch later in 2019, the title sees Dusty and Piper returning to battle against new threats to the Mind.
"The Moral Compass has been shattered and a once peaceful voice of the subconscious has broken loose. Face new enemies as you make your way through enigmatic challenges and explore The Mind’s two fundamental states: Open-minded and Closed-minded. Switch between states and adapt to the shifting environment to move forward.", its Steam page reads.
Alongside what sounds like a plane-switching mechanic, Figment: Creed Valley will feature "new singing nightmares with their own original songs and themes". The bosses were one of the highlights of the original title, as I noted in our Figment review, which leaves me curious for what this new chapter has to offer.
