You must teleport to the Sunken City Overground Rooftop Street and approach the Hotel Corridor. From the rooftop, locate the zip lines and ride them down.

Once you've descended, the locked door will be immediately in front of you—note that it will only open once you have obtained the hideout key.

Finding the Hideout Key

After landing, follow the pathway past the eliminated enemies, watching for loot. Continue straight until you reach an area guarded by two enemies. Between them, you will spot a purple item on the ground—this is the hideout key you need to unlock the door.

Returning to the Hotel Corridor

With the hideout key in hand, retrace your steps along the zip lines to the Sunken City Overground Rooftop Street. From there, head back into the Hotel Corridor under the rooftop street.

Interacting with the Memory and Defeating Enemies

Inside the Hotel Corridor, you'll find a memory you can interact with on your right. In the center of the area, enemies will spawn and begin fighting. The most dangerous foe wears a large hat and attacks quickly; stay alert and dodge his charges to avoid being smashed. Once you defeat him, the area will clear.

Claiming Your Rewards

After the battle, look for a chest nearby. Open it to claim the Blader greatsword, then continue to collect the Fisherman's Suit, which boasts high fire resistance and excellent stats.
