In this guide, you'll learn how to destroy the shooting robot in the Ancient Machine Works Assembly Hall. To turn off the robot permanently, you need to destroy four specific pipes that power its defenses. Once all four pipes are broken, the machine will shut down and stop attacking you.

Teleport to the Ancient Machine Works Assembly Hall

First, teleport to the Wall Ruins Ancient Machine Works Assembly Hall. There are several teleport pads, but choose the one that brings you directly into the Assembly Hall. When you arrive, stay alert: laser beams and fire traps can activate at any time.

Destroy Pipe #1

Move forward until you reach the first pipe. It will be right in front of you, to the left, partly visible on a low platform. Carefully move toward it while dodging any laser beams, then break the pipe to turn off the nearby gun.

Once it's broken, the area will be quiet, and you'll be able to grab loot nearby without worrying about being hit by fire.

Continue along the main corridor until you reach a fiery section of the floor. Watch your step—fire erupts intermittently. Stand back until the flames subside, then dash forward to get the second pipe.

Smash it quickly, then retreat to a safe distance. With this pipe destroyed, you'll notice that some essential items become accessible without fire blocking your path.

Use the nearby ladder to get to the top level faster from where the second pipe is. Be aware that enemies will be walking around this area; get rid of them or avoid their strikes as needed.

You can find the third pipe on the landing, hidden near the stairs. Take a close look along the fence because it's hidden. To turn off a different safety system, break the pipe.

Destroy Pipe #4 (Behind the Boss)

Behind the boss area is where the last pipe is. Be careful as you enter the boss room, as enemies may respawn there.

Turn around and go to the back of the room. The fourth pipe is on the wall there. Break it up really badly to make sure that all of the guns and lasers lose their power.

As soon as all four pipes are broken, the shooting robot will turn off and stop being a danger. You can now easily move around the Assembly Hall and get any loot that's still there.
