Apex Legends Season 3 Will Feature New Playable Character Crypto

Apex Legends is getting a new legend for its third season. Starting October 1st players can unlock and play as the hacker Crypto.

The new season will feature a new battle pass that includes over 100 new cosmetic items, a new charged rifle, and changes to the ranked mode. Crypto was revealed through a cinematic trailer but no gameplay as shown.

The trailer shows Crypto's background story where he is shown to try and get a fresh start by finds out some information better left hidden. Now he's on the run from a shady and powerful organization who wants him dead.

Apex Legends is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
