To say that Hollow Knight: Silksong is one of the most anticipated games of all time is definitely a huge understatement. In the meantime, fans will be glad to know that while they wait for the game to eventually release, they'll be able to pre-order the adorable Nendoroid figure that was recently revealed by the game's developers, Team Cherry.

While fans of the 2017 action 2D side scroller have been incredibly patient, it would seem that this patience is starting to wear thin. Due to constant delays from Team Cherry and a lack of clarity, many are starting to lose hope for the sequel, and many more are concerned about what is really going on behind the scenes at Team Cherry. Concerns about the state of the game have risen because of the lack of footage from the recent Summer Game Fest.

This event would have been the perfect time to show off the game but instead we received radio silence from the developers. However, Team Cherry does seem to be aware of this, and they understand that mere reassurances aren't enough. Probably in a bid to cool off the flames of tired and annoyed fans, it would seem that a brand-new figure has become available for pre-order.

In a post on the Official GoodSmile_US Twitter account, fans will have a chance to pre-order a brand new Nendoroid figure of the game's primary protagonist, Hornet. Along with the figure itself, there will also be a set of adorable props, such as the Needle weapon and a Cogfly. Fans can use these props to set the scene for the figure and can even swap out a few interchangeable parts that are included with the figure.

Nendoroids are an incredibly popular type of figure from Japan and are made by GoodSmile Company. These figures are often based on numerous popular characters from a large range of characters, from Geralt of Rivia to Hatsune Miku. If there is a character that exists, then there is likely a Nendoroid of the character. This time around, it would seem that the next character to receive a Nendoroid will be Hornet, as well as The Knight from the first Hollow Knight game.
