Battleborn Lead Writer Leaves Gearbox

The lead writer for Battleborn has quit Gearbox after three years

Aaron Linde joined Gearbox back in 2013 after working on the acclaimed Lord of the Rings game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor as a narrative consultant with Monolith. Linde made the announcement via his official Twitter account.

"Tomorrow's my last day at Gearbox. Absolutely love this team and am incredibly proud of the work we did together...Gonna be hauling back up to the pacific northwest in a week or so for an awesome opportunity I'll talk more about soon. Ch-ch-changes."

We'll have to wait to see what this new opportunity is.

Battleborn is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
