Borderlands 2 VR Announced for PlayStation VR
Borderlands 2 getting the VR treatment, releasing this December

Borderlands 2 has been released as a GOTY edition and modern consoles since its debut in 2012. Instead of getting any information about the highly requested Borderlands 3 we're getting a VR edition of the game, which is impressive.
Borderlands 2 VR will allow players to play all 4 Vault Hunters but only in single-player. This may turn off a lot of gamers considering one of the best qualities of the Borderlands franchise is the drop-in drop-out cooperative action. You will get the chance to experience the deadly world of Pandora in VR, giving you the best opportunity to get right into the carnage.
In an official press release publisher Take-Two Interactive had this to say:
Developed by Gearbox Software, Borderlands 2 VR brings the iconic world of Pandora to life like never before. Fans will virtually become a treasure-seeking Vault Hunter, grab 87 bazillion guns, and face off against the galaxy's most charming psychopathic dictator, Handsome Jack, to free Pandora from the corrupt Hyperion Corporation.
Borderlands 2 VR will release on December 14 and will retail for $49.99. Borderlands 2 is now available for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, and PS3. Those who pre-order Borderlands 2 VR will get a free PlayStation Theme featuring the game's four iconic Vault Hunters Salvador, Maya, Axton, and Zer0.
