Castle Crashers Coming to PS3

One of Xbox Live Arcade's premier downloadable titles is moving to the PlayStation 3.

 

Castle Crashers, the cooperative brawler from studio The Behemoth, will land on the PlayStation Network, reports Gamespot.  No release date has been set.

 

Players take on the role of knights tasked to rescue princesses and defend their kingdom from attackers. Castle Crashers also incorporates some role-playing elements, as players can build up their knight's stats and unlock a myriad of weapons.

 

The game was one of the more successful downloadable titles available on Xbox Live.  Last month, The Behemoth announced the game had reached 1 million players.
