CD Projekt RED Confirms Every Third Digital PC Copy of Cyberpunk 2077 Has Been Pre-Ordered on GOG

For those unaware, CD Projekt RED doesn't only make incredible games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, and the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077. The company also runs a digital store called GOG. In response to Cyberpunk 2077's release date, CD Projekt RED requested that gamers pre-order the game through their store to ensure 100% of the money went to the company and fans responded. With every third digital PC copy for Cyberpunk 2077 pre-ordered from GOG.

The news came from the official Twitter account for CD Projekt RED. Thanking their fans for the support. This is only for PC digital pre-orders as pre-orders for Xbox One and PS4 has to go through Sony and Microsoft's official stores.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release next year on April 16, 2020, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Those yearning to see what we saw at E3 2019 won't have to wait long. With the footage releasing at the next PAX West.
