Composer for Alan Wake Shares Details About the Soundtrack's Creation

Alan Wake 2 is finally in development and gamers can experience the first game with all the DLC with Alan Wake Remaster. Today in collaboration with HyperX composer of the game's soundtrack Petri Alanko shares how he composed the game's soundtrack.

Alanko goes into detail about how A Writer's Dream, The Well-Lit Room, Departure came into being. A Writer's Dream was the hardest to create, with 24 versions of it created, The Well-Lit Room was fashioned after Odin and Thor's birthplace, Departure was too entertaining and fantasy until the cinematic director decided to use it for just the finale.

As for Alan Wake 2, Petri stated he knows nothing about its development.

Alan Wake 2 has been in high demand for years and will be Remedy Entertainment's first attempt at a survival-horror game.

Alan Wake Remaster is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
