Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games this generation and has faced another delay. Now the game will release this November 19th.
CD Projekt RED provided an update on the game's progression stating they stand firm with "Ready it's done".
"We have decided to move the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 from September 17th to November 19th.
Those of you who are familiar with the way we make games know that we won't ship something which is not ready. "Ready when it's done" is not just a phrase we say because it sounds right, it's something we live by even when we know we'll take that heat for it."
CD Projekt RED went on to say that everything is mostly done but that they need to balance the game mechanics and fix a lot of hugs. The developers also confirmed that select journalists have been playing the game and a massive reveal is coming this June 25th.
CD Projekt RED did confirm that after development for Cyberpunk 2077 is finished a new Witcher game will begin development but that's not for a long time. As the game's multiplayer will launch at a later date, which has to been confirmed.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches this November 19th for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. The Stadia launch will come at a later date.
