Dragon Quest getting a Pokemon Go-type game

It seems that Square Enix wants a cut of that Pokemon Go pie with their own version of the popular mobile application based on Dragon Quest.
Developer by Colopi, Dragon Quest Walk players will head to multiple real-life locations where you'll fight monsters from the franchise. Events will provide treasure chests and items that restore parts of your party's HP and MP.
The battle system will be turned-base with each player having access to their own furniture and items that other players can visit. This is a free-to-play game so expect microtransactions.
