Dragon's Dogma Battle Gameplay

A while ago, Capcom announced a new game called Dragon’s Dogma at their Captivate event. This open world epic revolves much more on action, rather than an RPG. In a party of three, you go out into the vast plains and destroy a range of large beasts in search to kill another big dragon.

To illustrate the finer workings of butchering a griffon, Capcom has just released a battle gameplay video. Here, you’ll be able to see just how slaughtering anything that dares to walk into your domain might occur. It’s from the creators of Devil May Cry, so perhaps that’s why their bloodlust is so absolute.
 

 

In any case, this action adventure is set out for release somewhere in 2012 for both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Sadly, PC enthusiasts will have to set their sights elsewhere and occupy themselves with some other titles, like a little game called Diablo III or something.
