Earthbound rated for Wii U in Australia

Earthbound has been announced for the North American and European Wii U Virtual market this year but no release date has been given. The Australian Classification system directly from Nintendo has listed Earthbound as M in Australia for crude humor and sexual references. I wonder if Kid Icarus: Uprising was also rated M for similar reasons?

Earthbound was intially announced to be released on the Wii's Virtual Console but unfortunately it never did. Now those seeking to satisfly their nostalgic craving will have to get a Wii U.
