Elden Ring Reaches 12 Million Sales in 3 Weeks

It's almost been a month since FromSoftware and Bandai Namco released Elden Ring, with the title seeing massive success since its launch. Now FromSoftware has confirmed Elden Ring has reached 12 million sales.

ELDEN RING has been in the news for a lot of things, ranging from its minimalistic open-world design to its challenging gameplay. Both sides have been infighting among gamers and even game developers. Some love the idea of keeping things hidden and the lack of checklists, allowing the player to find things on their own and encouraging the old retro ways of gaming where players write things down. Others counter-argue that this means losing out on major sections of the game without ever knowing.

Regardless it's incredible to see a single-player game do so much in an industry flooded with live services littered with microtransactions or forced multiplayer games taking advantage of the current trends.

ELDEN RING is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC.
