Over the past 2 months Soulja Boy as attempted to join the gaming marketplace with emulator Chinese consoles and made crude remarks towards the gaming community, calling out Nintendo specifically. Now, the rapper is attempting to sell PlayStation emulator consoles and stated that Epic Games' Fortnite would be coming to his next new console. When speaking to DualShockers Epic Games stated this is not true.

According to Epic Games, you cannot play Fortnite on jailbroken or rooted devices due to anti-cheat measures. Epic Games’ Senior PR Manager Nick Chester stated to DualShockers:

“No, you can’t play Fortnite on a rooted or jailbroken device due to anti-cheat measures.”

This isn't surprising as Soulja Boy has made wild claims about having permission to use IPs used by publishers in the emulator consoles and calling out Nintendo, which likely led to a lawsuit that redirects Soulja Boy's site to Nintendo.

Fortnite is available on Xbox One, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices through early access.
