Epic Games Lists All Fortnite Updates Coming To Xbox Series S/X And PS5

Today Epic Games revealed all the updates coming to the next-generation of Fortnite. With improved visuals, load times, and some exclusive features for the PS5.

PlayStation 5 and Series X

- 4K 60 FPS (Series S: 1080p 60 FPS) 

- dynamic visuals and physics

- faster match-making

- enhanced split-screen

 

PlayStation 5 only

- Dualsense support

- Activities support

 

All progression will be tracked through cross-play with a free Throwback Axe Pickaxe available from November 4th until January 15th.

Fortnite will be available on day 1 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
