Friday the 13th Delayed to Spring 2017; Single-Player Confirmed
Delayed but new addition coming to the game
News by Adam Siddiqui on Oct 14, 2016
Gun Media, publisher of Friday the 13th, has confirmed that their game will now release in Spring 2017 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The game will include a single-player mode.

The publisher stated the delay was because they needed more time to include AI bots. Tommy Jarvis, who was the male protagonist from Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, will now be a playable character and the Packanack Lodge, which appeared in Friday the 13th Part 2, will be added to the game.
The new single-player mode will be available for free for anyone who pre-orders the game digitally or physically.
