Ghost of Sparta

And just when you thought Sony would finally put a lid on the God of War series, think again. The publisher has recently announced that God of War: Ghost of Sparta will be arriving in store shelves November 2nd on the Playstation Portable. But that’s not all; SCEA also announced pre-order bonuses only “fitting to the gods.”

 

Pre-ordering Ghost of Sparta at Best Buy, Gamestop, or Amazon will get you the game’s original soundtrack, a PS3 Dynamic Theme and a PSP Theme, a Kratos PSN Avatar, a Legionnaire Skin, and an exclusive documentary featuring past and present God of War game directors. These include David Jaffe, Cory Barlog, Stig Asmussen, Dana Jan, and Ru Weerasuiya. Here’s a picture of the pre-order goodness if reading’s not your thing:

 

 

If that’s still not enough to satisfy your God of War needs, you can opt to pre-order the “God of War: Ghost of Sparta Entertainment Pack,” which contains the Ghost of Sparta UMD game disc of course, Black & Red PSP-3000, a 2GB memory stick, a voucher to download God of War: Chains of Olympus, and a copy of the movie, Kick Ass, which is a perfect fit for the package…?

 

Sony’s rolling out hard with these hefty pre-order packages, like with LittleBigPlanet 2 a couple of weeks ago. Nice to know they understand we adore free stuff, am I right?
