Hello Kitty Marches For Nintendo Switch
Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade is not a new release, though you may be forgiven for not knowing about it.

If Hello Kitty is known for one thing, it's that the Sanrio license will release merchandise until the end of time. This deluge of products includes video games, as Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade is now also confirmed for launch on Nintendo Switch on April 13, 2023.
I'm particularly fond of the dark pitch that this otherwise cutesy release comes with:
"Jealous of Hello Kitty’s growing fanbase, Kuromi will stop at nothing to end the music, dispatching goons and laying traps to stop the momentum."
Despite this anime villain arc storyline, most of the game will just be about walking on a track, to the sound of some beats. Players can choose from the range of Sanrio characters to go through stages, with each of them having special abilities to dodge obstacles and so on. There will also be spots to stop for photoshoots, as people on the sidelines cheer the squad on.
Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade is not a new release, though you may be forgiven for not knowing about it. Currently, the rhythm game is tied to Netflix exclusivity on Android and iOS. This push is part of the streaming subscription service's rising priority on video games. Other games are currently still exclusive to Netflix, as well as recent releases like Terra Nil or Dust & Neon launching on the service day and date with their main counterparts.
The Nintendo Switch version of Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade will come with 40 music tracks, 20 of them being new to Switch. Additionally, the game will have multiple endings; five of them, in fact, continuing the implication of deep storylines in a Hello Kitty game. There will also be character customization and so on, so your team can look fashionable while saving the music.
Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade will cost €19.99 and launch at a 15% discount on the Switch Nintendo eShop.
