Limited edition 3DS coming to Japan

A new Metallic Red 3DS and a limited edition 3DS XL Eevee edition is coming to Japan only.

The 3DS XL resembles wallpaper from Fallout 3 and was spotted at one of Japan's official Pokemon Center stores. However you cannot purchase this 3DS XL, instead you must pay a reservation which is then put into lottery. This system is an actual limited edition and the raffle will be held until June 3. Why does Japan get all the good stuff? 

The Metallic Red 3DS can be purchased for ¥15,000 on June 13 and wil include a 4GB SD card.
