Mega Man 10 jumps into WiiWare; Wii Shop Channel update

Mega Man’s latest 2D side-scrolling adventure, Mega Man 10 is available on WiiWare as of March 1st and will cost 1,000 Wii Points ($10). As the game will debut on Nintendo’s console, Mega Man 10 will be available a little later on the Xbox 360 (March 31) and the Playstation 3 (March 11).

 

Mega Man 10 follows its titular character in a quest to find the cure for Roboenza, an infection that causes robots to malfunction. As a result, the eight Robot Masters are infected and attempt to take over the world. It is up to Mega Man to absorb the powers of these eight robots and confront Dr. Wily for the antidote. Two other playable characters will join Mega Man in his journey as well.

 

Mega Man 10 is not the only downloadable game in the Wii Shop Channel this week. Below is at list of games that will be available this week for WiiWare, Virtual Console, and DSiWare:
